Payment

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Paypal and Amex.

All prices include VAT. (This does not apply to paintings and art prints, which are exempt from VAT, and are therefore sold without VAT.)

Delivery

I ship items within Norway with PostNord as soon as I can after I receive an order. Shipping includes tracking. International shipments do not have tracking.

Shipping costs NOK 69,- in Norway and NOK 305,- for international orders.

There is free shipping on orders to be shipped in Norway on purchases over NOK 700,-

Privacy

Storage of customer information

Information that is stored when ordering is: Name, Address, mobile number and email address. This is the information needed to complete an order. SM Aaboen / SMAartboen.no .no does not have access to, nor does it store, the payment information of the customers. It must be safe to shop at SMAartboen.no, and customer information will not be sold or exchanged to a third party.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel all purchases made on the internet. If you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal, you must notify SM Aaboen / SMAartboen.no within 14 working days. Right of withdrawal form can be found here.

When returning goods, the consumer must cover the return cost themselves.

If you choose to use the right of withdrawal, SM Aaboen / SMAartboen.no must repay the amount without undue delay and no later than 14 days from SM Aaboen / SMAartboen.no being notified of the decision.
